Recovery: Being the Enlightened Balloon
The prime directive of any organism is to move towards homeostasis or rest. To live in recovery is to live in the “Middle Way,” bringing as much attention to rest as to activity. Within the pauses between inhale and exhale, and exhale and inhale recovery is quietly happening.
